    Good point. However, the most important part of online branding is online marketing. Yes networking your customers helps you to get in touch with them and get feedback easily.

    As an example, I had suggested Mozzila to use application tabs in next firefox at their facebook status update. They liked the concept and the next version got application tabs.

    If you work on getting feedback quickly and working on them, you get success.
